Give God the Glory

Psalm 68:4-5

Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name JAH, and rejoice before him. A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation.

Sing! unto God. Praise His holy name! Extol His name! Lift up His name! Glorify His name! Give God the glory for He alone is worthy.

Your sole purpose on earth is to give God glory. He created you so that you may be able to glorify Him. He breathed life into you so that you may be able to give Him praise. When you get saved, then you have the ability to glorify God. If you are not saved, you are not living up to your divine purpose. Give God the glory!

Why?

But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners,
Christ died for us. Romans 5:8

Are you saved? Give Him the glory! He made a way when there was no way. He gives hope when there is no hope. He loved you when you were unloveable. He extends mercy to the undeserving. He divided the seas of despair, so that you may have an everlasting life in the kingdom of God. Give God the glory!

Lift up His holy name! His name is the Lord. His name is above all. His name alone is excellent. His name is Wonderful! Counsellor, the mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6)! Praise His holy name! Praise His sacred name! Praise His precious name! Praise His everlasting name!

He is a father to the fatherless. He is a defender to the widow. He is a light in a dark world. He is Saviour to man. He is our all in all.

Sing unto the Lord. Sing and rejoice before the Lord. Give God the glory and praise for He alone is worthy!
